Student privacy

Taqwa Institute uses registration details, age and school grade to place students in appropriate learning groups, assign teachers, and communicate about classes. A parent or guardian registers students under 18.

Your password is stored as a one-way hash. Student records and submitted work are available to the student, their assigned teachers, and institute administrators. Teacher feedback and published grades are shown in the student’s account.

Course records and attachments are stored privately with the learning portal’s hosting provider. The institute also keeps course spreadsheets, resources, and copies of submitted work in its Google Drive, tquranarabic@gmail.com. Drive copies may remain pending until the connection is ready. This course uses teacher grading.

Contact tquranarabic@gmail.com to request a correction, obtain a copy of records, discuss deletion, or recover access. Do not upload government identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
